Our Respite Care & Recovery Visits are designed for mothers who need individualized attention, rest, and reassurance while adjusting to life after delivery.
Care includes:
- Comprehensive maternal recovery assessment: vital signs, incision/wound checks, healing evaluation
- Emotional and mental health check-ins & referrals as needed
- Newborn guidance: vitals, newborn assessment, safe sleep setup, feeding techniques, & soothing methods
- Assisted rest period, allowing mom to sleep or shower uninterrupted
- Breastfeeding support
- Light household stabilization: tidying baby areas, nutrition support, and organizing recovery spaces
Wellness Visits
For clients needing in-home nursing support, we provide personalized care based on each individual’s recovery needs. Services may include vital sign monitoring and assessments, comfort measures and mobility assistance, dressing or drain care as appropriate, wound checks, reinforcement of discharge instructions and medication reminders, as well as hydration and nutrition support.
